International Customers

We welcome international inquiries and can help prepare equipment information for buyers arranging export from the United States. International orders require additional coordination for freight, documentation, payment and destination-country requirements.

Start with an equipment quotation

Send the desired product, quantity, destination country, company details and complete delivery information. We can confirm availability and provide available dimensions, weights and a commercial quotation.

Freight-forwarder delivery

Many international customers use a qualified freight forwarder with a receiving terminal in the United States. The forwarder manages international transport, customs coordination and delivery beyond its US facility. We can ship the approved order to the forwarder's domestic receiving address.

Payment and currency

International orders are normally quoted and paid in US dollars. Available payment methods and verification requirements are confirmed on the pro forma invoice. Orders are processed after cleared funds and any required verification are complete.

Import responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for confirming product compatibility, voltage, local certification, import eligibility, duties, taxes, customs fees and destination-country regulations. International freight, brokerage and customs charges are not included unless specifically written into the quotation.
