Product information
We work to present accurate descriptions, specifications, images and pricing. Manufacturers may change designs or specifications without notice. Images can show optional accessories. Buyers are responsible for confirming suitability and compatibility before purchase.
Orders and acceptance
An order submission is an offer to purchase. We may verify information, request additional documentation, correct an obvious error, limit quantities or decline an order. A transaction is accepted only after approval and confirmation.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Applicable shipping, tax and service fees are displayed or quoted when known. Higher-value transactions may require additional payment or identity verification.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, supply interruptions and other events may affect timing. The recipient must provide a safe, accessible delivery location and appropriate unloading capability. Risk related to visible freight damage must be documented at delivery.
Returns and warranties
Returns require advance authorization and are governed by our Returns & RMA Policy. Product warranties are provided under the applicable manufacturer's written terms. Warranty remedies are normally limited to qualifying repair or replacement.
Acceptable website use
You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse customer accounts, submit fraudulent orders, scrape protected data or use site content in violation of applicable law.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from site use, delivery delay or product use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
